I OPPOSE the rezoning of #5 Glenwood Ave. NO RE-ZONING from R-2. I SUPPORT the rezoning of #307 Prince Albert Road to allow R-4 residential uses with general commercial. I SUPPORT only a maximum height of 6 storeys on the #307 Prince Albert Rd. Funeral Home PID #112110. 6 storeys includes any plinth, podium, enclosed mechanical or penthouse. I SUPPORT only an existing Dartmouth LUB maximum R-4 density for #307 Prince Albert Rd. Funeral Home. I SUPPORT that the Development Agreement must have an express provision that if breached, then Development Agreement terminates automatically: i) prohibit the Developer from seeking a variance to increase height or density from the height and density of the initial Development Agreement. I SUPPORT a change to the Developer’s Proposal that requires any change to the exterior cladding be only allowed upon Council Vote with notice and input from the public.
